Duplex — Marrakech
This duplex presents itself as a continuous architectural sequence, where each space naturally flows from the previous one. Nothing is fixed, everything connects with precision, in a logic of fluid and controlled circulation. Materials express themselves without artifice: mineral surfaces, dense wood, stone in muted tones, fabrics with assertive lines. The whole composes a muted, almost introspective atmosphere, where sensation takes precedence over effect. The project plays on proportions and voids. Heights, visual breakthroughs and alignments structure a clear reading of the space, while leaving room for a form of breathing. Here, luxury is not displayed — it is felt. In the balance of volumes, in the restraint of tones, in the precision of every detail.
